Hi I’m Jackie, a veterinary assistant. I am in the Yuba College Veterinary Technician Program to get my license as a Veterinary Technician. I knew that I wanted be a veterinary technician since the beginning of my freshman year of high school when I listened to a frenchie’s heartbeat.
I have 3 dogs and a 3 year old male sulcata tortoise. I am bilingual, speaking Spanish and English fluently.
I love to spend time with my family and go on road trips a lot and I love baking. In the future, I hope to specialize in rehabilitation for animals.
